Ordering

Reserved items: Item is reserved to a customer for a period of 3 days

(Feel free to mail us if you're interest so that we can put you in our waiting list. In the event of any deals that fall through, we will release it to the next on waiting list).

Restockable items: Item can still be replenished from our supplier. You may mail us for a restock order. We will require a FULL payment (inclusive of postage) for any orders to be restocked, in prevention of back outs.

Payment methods
We accept bank transfer through Public Bank and Cash Carry.
We will provide out bank details when confirmation is made for an order

Terms & Conditions
Please note that:
All items sold are NOT refundable.
- Stylish E- Boutique held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods.
- Items not paid for within 3 days, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
- Back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated. We would appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.

Exchange Policy
- Exchange can ONLY be done when the item received is defective/wrong colour or size than the ordered item.
- All exchanges should be done WITHIN 7 Working Days.
- Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.
- Exchange items should be in mint condition, not washed or worn.
- Any exchange done for personal reasons, buyer will bear the costs of postage.

Postage Details
- All payment must be made before parcel is posted out.
- All parcels will be posted within 3 days after payment has been made.
- Postage costs are to be beared by buyers. Charges as below:

Poslaju: RM6 (West Malaysia) RM 8 (East Malaysia) for 500grams. RM2 increment for every 250grams.
- Next day delivery, requires signature, registered
Pos ekspress: RM4 (small items only)
- Next day delivery, does not require signature, registered
International Mail: Normal/Registered mail (Please inquire within)

Tracking id will be provided upon delivery. But do take note that Pos Malaysia do not update their tracking details very frequently so sometimes 'tracking id is not valid' might appear.
Do take note that we will not be liable on any losses occured during delivery

Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD service is only available at klang valley.
